3.7: As a means to contact You – There’s a whole catalogue of reasons why it would be necessary for Us to use your Personal Data as a means to contact You, including but not limited to, informing You of: changes made to this Service, updates on any orders You place, Our latest special offers, updates on the Artist or your enrolment in one of Our Subscriptions/ SMS services. In which case We would contact You either by email, telephone, SMS or any other form of electronic communication (including push notifications) that You provide Us with, should You have opted-in/ consented to such communications.
3.8: To calculate shipping – If You buy a Product through Our store that We sell ourselves (i.e. isn’t outsourced/ fulfilled by a third party), then We may use data such as your address & postcode/ ZIP code to calculate & purchase shipping. The same level of information will also be required by Related Parties, which manufacture Products & Merchandise on Our behalf.
